The IRISH FORESTRY, WOODLAND & BIO ENERGY SHOW took place over two days on Saturday 9 & Sunday 10 May 2015 at Stradbally Hall Estate, Co. Laois, Ireland.
I.A.M. Agricultural Machinery Ltd – Bomford Turner Ltd Importers & Distributors, based at Kilkenny participated at the event with a static stand, on which on display was Bomford Turners ALL New Hawk 6.0 Metre Variable Forward Arm Machine, which attracted a huge interest from hedge & verge contracting customers.
On public demonstration was the Heavy Duty Buccaneer HDXF from Bomford Turner, with 2.5 M working width. This machine performed exceptionally well in very difficult terrain, with dense scrub / tree stumps (up to 2 ft. in diameter) etc., and really caught the attention of a large very interested audience over the two days.
Also mounted on tractor front linkage (for display only) was the lighter version SD Buccaneer in 2.25M width.
